Where these numbers come from
Prices and gates were re-checked on July 28, 2026 against the vendors’ own pricing pages: DocSend, Peony, Ellty, Digify, Content Snare, and FileInvite. Tiers billed annually are shown at their monthly-equivalent rate, and each row states its billing basis.
Punctilio’s side of the ledger, stated just as plainly: one plan with 10 GB of storage per workspace, and no SSO or public API. If your process needs those, one of the tools above is the better fit, and the comparison pages say which.
Common questions
Why is Punctilio this much cheaper?
The features overlap, the scope does not. Punctilio is built for small professional teams and skips what enterprise buyers pay for: SSO, a public API, dedicated account management, and sales-led contracts. One plan covers data rooms, client document collection, and e-signing, with 10 GB of storage per workspace.
Do clients, signers, or link viewers need seats?
No. Seats are for your team. Clients upload against checklists, signers sign, and viewers open share links without an account, and none of that affects the price.
Are these prices current?
Each number is the price published on the vendor's own pricing page, re-checked July 28, 2026. Starting prices are marked 'from,' and plans that do not include the selected number of account users are labeled and excluded from savings calculations. If you spot a change, write to support@punctil.io and we will fix it.
One plan, the whole workspace
Start your 7-day trial of Punctilio. No card required. After that it is $29.99 a month for the workspace, with 3 seats included and $5 a month for each additional seat: data rooms, native e-signing, and client document collection with malware scanning.
One plan for the whole workflow. Seats and storage scale; features do not sit behind a tier you discover mid-deal.
