Website links in rooms and the Documents Library

Add websites alongside files and folders, give each link its own name, and change its name or destination without replacing existing room share links. Renaming files and folders is now more reliable across rooms and the Documents Library.

Collecting documents got easier

A client can now send several files against one checklist item, so the twelve bank statements go in together. You can duplicate a checklist to reuse it on the next engagement, switch on automatic reminders for a list when chasing is worth it, and the checklist tells you the moment everything is in.

Download a whole room

Export an entire room as a zip whenever you want, with the folder structure intact. Your documents stay yours, and leaving is never a support ticket.

Told when something arrives

You now get an email when a client uploads to a checklist and when someone asks for access to a room, so a waiting document does not sit unnoticed. Both are on by default and both can be turned off in Settings.

Client requests, built into rooms

Build a checklist for clients and teammates, collect and review documents, and add a review-and-sign step for room PDFs when needed. Due dates, revisions, approvals, and completed files stay together in the room.

Team access for signing drafts

Keep a signing request private or share it with selected teammates or your whole workspace. Give collaborators view or edit access so the right people can review, prepare, and send it.
